Mr. Malloy has successfully managed projects in the Telecom, the Internet, Software Development, IP/Patent and Financial services sectors during his career both domestically and internationally.

Sean Sears is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience building, managing and selling companies in the technology space. With over 30 years of experience, including 7+ years with Accenture and 20+ years building and financing numerous companies, he has been exposed to a variety of industries and has served as CEO, chairman, corporate director, and investor, to numerous companies. 

 

Sean received an MBA from Dalhousie University and stays true to his belief that one's education is never complete. He is CEO at Ogden Pond Technology Group invests and aids companies in the software and clean technology sectors. 

He and his wife Barbara Thomson own Petite Riviere Vineyards, a winery in Nova Scotian's LaHave River Valley Wine Region. He is active in the South Shore Wine Growers Association, the Southern NS Viniculture Coop, and the South Shore Agri-Innovation Park Assoc. 

In addition, he holds the capacity of Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Philippines for Nova Scotia.and administers the NS Local Food Fund at the Community Foundation of NS
